Account access. If you cannot sign in, check your email login code, Apple sign-in status, and network connection, then try again.

Recordings and transcription. Recording and audio processing can require microphone, speech recognition, storage, and network access. Only record or upload class content when you have the required permission.

Subscriptions and credits. Purchases are handled through Apple in-app purchases. Subscription cancellation and many refund requests are managed through your Apple ID purchase settings.
